Personal data notice (KVKK)

Ulaş Tunç acts as the data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Information processed

• Identity and contact: name, age, telephone, email and city.
• Health-related information: height, weight, measurements, injury and illness history, sleep, energy and stress records.
• Training information: programmes, weights lifted and completed sessions.

Purpose and basis

Information is used to prepare personalised training and nutrition plans, monitor progress, update programmes and respond to applications. It is not sold or used for marketing. The Turkish notice states that health data are processed with explicit consent under Article 6(2); consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Storage and transfers

App and application records are hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. Sending an application through WhatsApp transfers its message content to WhatsApp. Google Analytics processes visitor statistics after cookie consent. These providers can involve transfers outside Türkiye. After the service ends, records are deleted or anonymised subject to legal retention obligations and ongoing claims.

Requests

The Turkish notice describes rights under Article 11, including access, correction, deletion or transfer requests. Contact iletisim@ulastunc.com.tr; the stated response period is up to 30 days.

Privacy policy

The site has no advertising network and does not sell personal data. Google Analytics is used for aggregate visitor statistics after consent. The Turkish policy describes IP processing as anonymised and not used to identify visitors.

The Turkish application form stores the information supplied—name, age, city, goal, training experience and optional health notes—on Supabase servers in Frankfurt to assess the application. The same information is included in the WhatsApp message. The Turkish target calculator records inputs and results without identity to understand use of the tool. The English calculator currently calculates locally without saving its inputs.

During coaching, information is stored in the client app. User roles and row-level access restrictions apply. Infrastructure providers may process information within their functions. Google Fonts, Google Analytics after consent, Supabase and WhatsApp have their own privacy terms when their services are used.

Deletion requests and privacy questions can be sent to iletisim@ulastunc.com.tr. The Turkish policy states that deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 days.

Parties and service

Provider: Ulaş Tunç, Istanbul · iletisim@ulastunc.com.tr · +90 531 587 52 56. Buyer: the person purchasing the service. The service consists of personalised online training programming, nutrition targets, weekly monitoring and communication support for the selected period.

Price and delivery

Published list prices are TRY 3,700 for one month, TRY 10,000 for three months and TRY 19,000 for six months. During campaigns, the discounted prices explicitly shown in the package section apply. The Turkish terms state that taxes are included. Payment can be by bank transfer or card through Shopier. Check the applicable payment-method total before paying.

The published terms provide for assessment and programme delivery within 48 hours of payment. The package period starts when the programme is delivered.

Responsibilities and scope

The buyer must provide accurate health and injury information and obtain medical approval where a doctor has imposed restrictions. This service is not medical diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy. The coach is not a physician and does not diagnose or recommend medication or treatment.

Withdrawal and disputes

The current Turkish wording describes a 14-day withdrawal period from payment and states that withdrawal ends when the personalised programme is prepared and delivered with buyer approval. It also treats payment as approval for preparation within 48 hours. This page reports the existing wording; it does not determine whether those provisions satisfy statutory consent requirements. Read the original terms and ask for clarification before purchasing.

The terms designate consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the buyer’s place of residence.

Cancellation and refunds

Before and after delivery

The published policy offers a full refund for withdrawal after payment but before the personalised programme is prepared and delivered. It states that statutory withdrawal ends on delivery, citing Article 15(1)(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. This reference page is not a legal assessment of that statement.

For three- and six-month packages, the policy allows cancellation during the programme. Used months are charged at the one-month price applicable at purchase; the published campaign reference is TRY 2,290. The remaining amount is refunded within 14 days. The policy excludes the first month from refund once the programme has been delivered.

Pausing and results

A package may be paused on request for up to four weeks for health issues, injury, travel or a similar necessary circumstance. Paused time is added to the package period.

The policy states that if progress is not achieved despite following the programme and regularly entering data, the process is extended without an extra fee. It does not offer an unconditional result guarantee; outcomes depend on implementation.
